初めて利用しました。それも、突然ですが、丁寧な対応でした。そもそも、最初のレンタカー屋さんに断られて、それから、電話しました。｢今ならコンパクトタイプがありますよ！｣との返事が来ました。ストックしている駐車場から今すぐ乗りだし可能なので、その場で予約しました。携帯にURLをショートメールで送ってもらいその場でアクセス、ダウンロードで、基礎事項入力、免許証の写メで本人確認完了あとはクレジットカード情報を入力して完了。なんと、スマホがキーになるのを初めて経験しました。Bluetooth機能で車のキーが開きました。中にはシガレットから充電コードが付けられていたのは、感動的でした。そのアタッチメントも３種付けられていて２度感しました。携帯の充電は、必須アイテム、それが、既に取り付け済み 至れり尽くせりの一言ですね。実は、当日沖縄には台風が、迫っていて、レンタカーは営業中止みたいな、知らせが回っていたので、不安な気持ちで電話しましたが、とても丁寧な対応してくれた下地姉さんに感謝します。当日は、台風でお休みだったようですが、携帯で対応してくれました。助かりました。利用者の気持ちを考えたレンタカー屋さんと思いました。いろいろお世話になりました。
