スマホで鍵の解錠や手続きが完結する無人レンタカーシステムがとても便利でした！対面の手続きや待ち時間がなく、出発も返却もスムーズ。時間を無駄にしたくない旅にぴったりで、車内もきれいで快適にドライブできました。次回もまた利用したいと思います。
The unmanned rental system, where unlocking the car and all the paperwork are done by smartphone, was really convenient! No face-to-face procedures or waiting, and both pickup and return went smoothly. Perfect for a trip where you don't want to waste time, and the car was clean and comfortable to drive. I'd like to use it again next time.

利用前は対面の機会がなく不安もあったが、料金のシンプルさや早朝から利用できること、貸出返却場所がホテル最寄りの駐車場である点など、利便性がとても高かった。車もとても綺麗で快適な旅行ができた。次の機会も利用すると思う。ありがとうございました。
I was a bit anxious beforehand because there was no face-to-face contact, but the convenience was excellent: simple pricing, availability from early morning, and the pickup and return spot being the parking lot right by the hotel. The car was very clean and the trip was comfortable. I'll probably use it again next time. Thank you.

Since pickup and return are done through the app, it was easy and convenient to start using the car right away at my own pace, without waiting. When a sudden downpour made it impossible to see ahead and it looked like my return would be late, I contacted them and the response was accurate and the explanation polite. The final reassuring word also made me happy.
